RETURN POLICY – LADY SABBATH

In accordance with current Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), we inform you of your right of withdrawal and return conditions.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 CALENDAR DAYS)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, without any need for justification.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision to withdraw within this period by sending an email to:

Including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Item(s) to return

  • Express statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

2. ITEM CONDITIONS

For the return to be accepted:

  • The item must be returned in perfect condition.

  • It must not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • Original tags must be intact, if applicable.

  • The item must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check it.

3. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 103 of RDL 1/2007, the following are excluded:

  • Personalized products or made according to customer specifications.

  • Products clearly made to measure.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable digital products once download or execution has started.

⚠️ Important: Handmade or artisanal products can be returned, unless they are personalized or custom-made.

4. RETURN COSTS

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective items or errors attributable to Lady Sabbath.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for losses during transit.

5. REFUNDS

Once the item is received and its condition verified:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • The maximum refund period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

  • Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods or the customer provides proof of return.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded if the customer expressly chose a shipping option other than the standard lowest-cost option.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the received product is defective or does not match your order:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • In these cases, Lady Sabbath will cover return costs and proceed with replacement or refund.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established by Spanish law.

9. CHANGES
