At Lady Sabbath, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you receive your orders promptly and securely. Below you will find important details about our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Spain (peninsula)

  • Balearic Islands

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We are working to expand our shipping area in the future.

3. Shipping Costs and Types

Certified Express Shipping via Correos:

  • Peninsula: €4.70 per package (up to 5 kg)

  • Balearic Islands: €6 per package (up to 5 kg)

SEUR Shipping:
The price will be calculated according to SEUR’s current rates and automatically adjusted in Shopify.

Both options include shipment tracking and ensure secure and timely delivery.

4. Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are 1–4 business days from the shipping date.

5. Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link included in that email.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping coverage and availability may vary depending on your location. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution, such as a refund or a change of address request.

7. Shipping Issues

While we are happy to assist with any shipping issues, the company is not responsible for problems beyond its control. If you experience delays, losses, or damaged packages, please contact your nearest Correos office directly.
